This retired Swarovski crystal blue flower picture frame was designed by Gabriele Stamey and belonged to the “Exquisite Accents” group. A clear flower with blue center is at the bottom of the frame, with another blue stone at the top, with the rest of the frame being in matt crystal. 4 “(100mm) in diameter, the piece was Introduced in 1996 and retired in 2000. Also available in this blue flower design was a matching candleholder and a jewel box.
